AGREEMENT

➤ Commission Engagement ✦ By commissioning my services, the client is deemed to have accepted
and agreed to all terms outlined in this document.
✦ I shall not be held responsible for any misunderstandings arising
from the client's failure to thoroughly review these Terms of Service.

➤ Deadlines ✦ Clients must clearly specify any required deadlines.🚩 I shall not be liable for delays to deadlines caused by :: ✦ Delayed responses from the client after work updates.
Clients are requested to respond within three (3) days of receiving an update. ✦ Delays incurred when a Rigging project necessitates returning the model
to the original artist for further component separation. ✦ Excessive revision requests from the client,
or revision requests with unclear briefs, which impede the normal progress
of the work and prevent adherence to the initially agreed-upon deadline..
➤ Companies/Organizations ✦ For companies or organizations requiring my personal information
for contract creation or payment documentation purposes, I am unable to
provide unredacted copies of my identification documents under any circumstances..
➤ Expedited Work I do not accept urgent or expedited work. Estimated completion times: ✦ Illustration work: 2 - 4 weeks ✦ Rig & Draw Vtuber Model work: 1 - 3 months.
➤ Publication of Work ✦ Clients must inform me if there are any restrictions on the publication timeline
of the completed work. ✦ In the absence of such notification or specified publication timeframe,
I reserve the right to display the completed work in my portfolio or
on my online platforms..
➤ Work-in-Progress Publication Discount ✦ Clients who grant permission for their work to be published while it is
still in progress will receive a 10% discount on the total commission price. Exceptions: This discount does not apply to Commission Photo ID,
Random Scale, or Omakase commissions..
➤ Prohibitions ✦ The use of my work for AI training, NFTs, cryptocurrency,
or similar technologies is strictly prohibited..
➤ Payment & Deposit Collection

✦ For total amounts under 30 USD, full payment is required upfront.
✦ For total amounts equal to or exceeding 30 USD, a 50% deposit
of the total price is required. Deposits for illustration commissions are non-refundable
under all circumstances upon cancellation
Rigging ✦ A 50% deposit of the total price is required for Rigging commissions.
If a Rigging commission is canceled before work commences, 80% of the paid deposit will be refunded.
If work has already commenced, the deposit is non-refundable. ✦ In the event of cancellation for Rigging commissions as per the above terms,
original files will not be provided for transfer to another Rigger. If original files are required, additional charges will apply. ✦ If the client requires the CMO3 (original) file for Rigging projects,
this must be communicated before work commences,
and the total price will be doubled (x2).
Draw Model Vtuber ✦ A non-refundable booking deposit of 60 USD is required for Vtuber Model commissions to secure a slot.
✦ If a Vtuber Model commission is canceled before work commences,
50% of the paid deposit will be refunded.
✦ If work has already commenced, the deposit is non-refundable. ⨈ You can find more payment details by clicking the button below. ⨈

➤ Refunds ✦ If a commission is canceled due to reasons attributable to the client
a partial refund of the deposit may be issued in certain cases
if work has not yet commenced, as per the agreements above.
Once work has commenced, no refunds will be provided.** ✦ If I am unable to complete a commission due to reasons attributable to me
the client will receive a full refund..
➤ Upon Completion of Work ✦ Clients are requested to review the completed files
within one (1) week of delivery.
Requests for revisions made after this period will incur additional charges. ✦ Please credit my work as @Salucix. ✦ Any requests for additional revisions or modifications made one (1) month
after the completion of the work will be subject to additional charges
based on the scope of the requested changes.

revisions at this stage; subsequent revisions will incur an additional
charge of +3 USD++ per revision.) ✦ Upon approval of the sketch, line art and base coloring will begin ✦ The completed illustration will be sent for your final review ✦ Upon final approval,

✦ The project cost will be calculated based on the provided brief.
Clients are then required to pay a deposit
or the full amount to secure a work slot. ✦ The initial sketch will be provided for your review.
You are permitted (3) revisions at this stage; additional revisions beyond
this limit will incur extra charges. ✦ Progress updates will be provided in three (3) key stages:
● Completion of the head section: ( Up to three (3) revisions are allowed. )
● Completion of clothing & body: ( Up to three (3) revisions are allowed. )
● Refinement of additional details. ✦ The completed model will be sent for your final review. ✦ Upon final approval,
the remaining balance is due for the delivery of the final files. ✦ Should your Rigger require additional model part
separation after project completion, please notify us.
This refers to separating existing parts within the model,
not adding new drawn elements.
If new elements need to be drawn, additional charges will apply ✦ Should you desire additional outfits, hairstyles, or other elements,
you are welcome to commission them at any time.
➤ Rigging model
✦ The project cost will be calculated based on the provided PSD file.
Clients are then required to pay a deposit. ✦ Progress updates will be provided in three (3) key stages.
For each stage, you are permitted no more than two (2) revisions
And revisions must not exceed 20% of the latest completed work.
These stages include ::
● Completion of eye, eyebrow, and mouth movements.
● Completion of head rotation X, Y, Z
● Completion of body movement. ✦ A video file will be provided for review at each stage.
● Should the client pay the full amount upfront,
the model file will be provided for review instead of a video file. ✦ Upon project completion,
the remaining balance is due for the delivery of the final files. ✦ Should you encounter any texture bugs
or clipping issues after receiving the final files,
you may request corrections at no additional charge. ✦ Should you require the CMO3 file (editable/original file)
for another Rigger or for self-editing,
the cost will be double (x2) the original project price.

ทางเราจะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อการเข้าใจผิดใดๆ
กรณีทางผู้ว่าจ้างไม่อ่านรายละเอียดTOSให้ครบถ้วน.
➤ เดดไลน์ ✦ หากมีเดดไลน์รบกวนแจ้งระยะเวลาเดดไลน์ให้ชัดเจน🚩 ทางเราจะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความล่าช้าของเดดไลน์ที่เกิดจาก :: ✦ ผู้ว่าจ้างที่มีการตอบกลับล่าช้าหลังส่งอัปเดตงาน
รบกวนตอบกลับภายใน 3 วันหลังส่งอัปเดต ✦ กรณีงาน Rigging ที่มีปัญหาเรื่องการแยกส่วน
และต้องนำกลับไปให้ทางนักวาดแยกส่วนเพิ่มจนเกิดความล่าช้า ✦ ผู้ว่าจ้างขอแก้ไขงานมากเกินไป
หรือขอการแก้ไขด้วยบรีฟที่ไม่ชัดเจน
ทําให้ความคืบหน้าตามปกติของงานล่าช้า
และทําให้ไม่เป็นไปตามวันเดดไลน์ที่กำหนดไว้ในตอนต้น.
➤ บริษัท/องค์กร ✦ หากเป็นบริษัท/องค์กรที่ต้องการข้อมูลส่วนตัวของทางเรา
เพื่อสร้างสัญญาหรือใช้สำหรับออกเอกสารชำระเงิน
ทางเราไม่สะดวกส่งสำเนาบัตรประชาชน
ที่ไม่ได้มีการเซ็นเซอร์ส่วนของใบหน้าทุกกรณี 🙏 ✦ สามารถออกใบเสนอราคา/หักภาษี ณ ที่จ่ายให้ได้ค่ะ.
➤ ไม่รับงานเร่ง ✦ ระยะเวลางาน illustration 2 - 4 สัปดาห์
✦ ระยะเวลางาน Rig & Draw Model Vtuber 1 - 3 เดือน.
➤ กรุณาแจ้งหากผลงานมีระยะเวลาที่สามารถเผยแพร่ได้ ✦ หากไม่มีการแจ้งหรือกำหนดเวลาในการเผยแพร่
ทางเรามีสิทธิ์แสดงผลงานในแฟ้มรวมผลงานหรือสื่อออนไลน์.
➤ กรณีทางผู้ว่าจ้างอนุญาตให้เผยแพร่งานขณะงานกำลังอยู่ ✦ จะได้รับส่วนลด 10 % ของราคางาน
ยกเว้น:: Commission Photo ID, Random Scale
หรือ Omakase ที่จะไม่มีการลดราคา.
➤ ไม่อนุญาต ✦ ห้ามนำงานไปใช้สำหรับ AI, NFT, cryptocurrency, etc.
✦ ห้ามนำงานไปแจกจ่ายทุกกรณี.
➤ การชำระเงิน&การเก็บมัดจำ illustration
✦ หากยอดรวม
ไม่ถึง 1,000 ฿ เก็บเต็มจำนวนของราคางาน
ถึง 1,000 ฿ เก็บมัดจำ 50 % ของราคางาน ✦ illustration หากยกเลิกงานไม่คืนมัดจำทุกกรณี Rigging ✦ งาน Rig เก็บมัดจำ 50 % ของราคางาน
กรณียกเลิกงานโดยที่ยังไม่เริ่มงานจะคืนมัดจำเพียง 80% ของมัดจำที่จ่ายมา
กรณีเริ่มทำงานไปแล้วจะไม่ได้รับมัดจำคืน ✦ งาน Rig หากขอยกเลิกในทุกกรณีจากข้อด้านบน
จะไม่มีการให้ไฟล์ต้นฉบับเพื่อให้ Rigger ท่านอื่นนำไป Rig ต่อ
หากต้องการไฟล์ต้นฉบับจะมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่ม ✦ งาน Rig หากต้องการไฟล์ CMO3 (ไฟล์ต้นฉบับ)
รบกวนแจ้งก่อนเริ่มงาน และ จะคิดราคา *2 ของราคางาน.
Draw Model Vtuber ✦ งาน Model Vtuber จะมีการเก็บเงินมัดจำล็อคคิวงานจำนวน 2,000 ฿
กรณียกเลิกงานโดยที่ยังไม่เริ่มงานจะคืนมัดจำเพียง 50% ของมัดจำที่จ่ายมา
กรณีเริ่มทำงานไปแล้วจะไม่ได้รับมัดจำคืน ⨈ สามารถดูข้อมูลการชำระเงินเพิ่มเติมได้ที่ปุ่มด้านล่าง ⨈

➤ การคืนเงิน ✦ หากต้องยกเลิก Commission เนื่องจากสาเหตุของผู้ว่าจ้าง
บางกรณีหากยังไม่เริ่มงานจะคืนมัดจำบางส่วนตามข้อตกลง
และหากเริ่มงานไปแล้วจะไม่สามารถคืนเงินได้ ✦ หากทางเราไม่สามารถทํา Commission ให้เสร็จได้
เนื่องจากสาเหตุของทางเรา
ผู้ว่าจ้างจะได้รับเงินคืนเต็มจํานวน.
➤ เมื่องานเสร็จสมบูรณ์ ✦ รบกวนเช็คไฟล์งานที่เสร็จสมบูรณ์ ภายในระยะเวลา 1 สัปดาห์
หากเกินกว่านั้นและมีการขอแก้งานจะมีการบวกราคาเพิ่ม ✦ กรุณาใส่เครดิตงาน @Salucix ✦ กรณีต้องการแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมหลังจากจบงานไปแล้ว 1 เดือน
จะมีการคิดเงินเพิ่มตามรายละเอียดที่ต้องการแก้ไข

การผ่อนจ่ายสำหรับงานวาด Vtuber model
✦ การผ่อนจ่ายยังคงมีการเก็บมัดจำ 2,000 บาท
เพื่อเป็นการจองคิวและเริ่มงาน ✦ หลังจากจ่ายมัดจำแล้วผู้ว่าจ้างสามารถผ่อนจ่ายได้ตามสะดวก
ภายในระยะเวลาการทำงาน ✦ กรณีผู้ว่าจ้างขาดการติดต่อนาน 1 สัปดาห์หลังจากส่งอัปเดตงาน
จะหยุดการทำงานไว้ จนกว่าจะมีการตอบกลับ ✦ หากตัวงานทำถึง 50% (วาดส่วนหัวและบอดี้เปล่าเรียบร้อย)
แต่ทางผู้ว่าจ้างยังไม่เคยมีการผ่อนจ่ายเพิ่ม
จากที่จ่ายมัดจำ2,000บาทครั้งแรก
จะทำการหยุดงานไว้จนกว่าจะมียอดเพิ่มเข้ามา ✦ หากงานเสร็จแล้วแต่ทางผู้ว่าจ้างยังผ่อนไม่หมด
จะไม่มีการนำไฟล์งานให้ก่อน ✦ เมื่องานเสร็จสิ้น
รบกวนผ่อนจ่ายให้ครบจำนวนเงินภายใน2เดือน
กรณีมีเหตุฉุกเฉินที่ทำให้ไม่สามารถจ่ายภายในระยะเวลานั้นได้
รบกวนแจ้งทางข้อความ ✦ กรณีงานเสร็จแต่ทางผู้ว่าจ้างยังผ่อนไม่หมด
และไม่มีการติดต่อภายในระยะเวลา 1 เดือน
กรรมสิทธิ์ของภาพวาดที่ทางลูกค้าจ้างจะเป็นของนักวาด

✦ จ่ายมัดจำ/เต็มจำนวนเพื่อเป็นการ จองคิว และ เริ่มงาน ✦ ส่งภาพร่างให้เช็ค ( แก้ได้ฟรี 3 ครั้ง ครั้งต่อไป+50) ✦ เริ่มตัดเส้นและลงสีเบส ( แก้ได้บางจุด ) ✦ ส่งภาพที่เสร็จเรียบร้อยให้เช็ค ( แก้ได้บางจุด ) ✦ ให้ทางลูกค้าโอนชำระส่วนที่เหลือเพื่อส่งไฟล์งาน
➤ Vtuber model
✦ คำนวนราคางานจากบรีฟที่ได้รับ
และ ให้ทางผู้ว่าจ้างจ่ายมัดจำ หรือ จ่ายเต็มจำนวนเพื่อเป็นการลงคิวงาน ✦ ส่งภาพร่างให้เช็ค
( แก้ได้ 3 ครั้ง หากมากกว่านั้นจะมีการคิดราคาเพิ่มค่ะ ) ✦ ส่งความคืบหน้างาน 3 ขั้นตอน คือ
● วาดส่วนหัวเสร็จทั้งหมด ( แก้ไขงานได้ไม่เกิน 3 ครั้ง )
● ส่วนของเสื้อผ้า,บอดี้ ( แก้ไขงานได้ไม่เกิน 3 ครั้ง )
● การเก็บรายละเอียดเพิ่มเติม ✦ ส่งภาพที่เสร็จเรียบร้อยให้เช็ค ✦ ให้ผู้ว่าจ้างโอนชำระส่วนที่เหลือเพื่อส่งไฟล์งาน ✦ หลังจบงานไปแล้ว แต่ทางRiggerต้องการแยกส่วนงานบางส่วน
ส่งข้อความมาแจ้งได้เลยค่ะ ไม่เสียค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม ✦ กรณีอยากได้ ชุด / ผม หรืออื่นๆเพิ่มสามารถมาจ้างได้ตลอดนะคะ
คิวงานจะคิดแยกกันกับงานหลักค่ะ
➤ Rigging model
✦ คำนวนราคางานจากไฟล์PSD.ที่ได้รับและให้ทางผู้ว่าจ้างจ่ายมัดจำ ✦ ส่งความคืบหน้างาน 3 ขั้นตอน
ซึ่งแต่ละขั้นตอนแก้ไขงานได้ไม่เกิน 2 ครั้ง
และ แก้ไขไม่เกิน 20% ของปริมาณงานที่ทำล่าสุด
คือ ::
● การขยับตา,คิ้ว,ปากที่เสร็จแล้ว
● การหันหัว (x,y,z) ที่เสร็จแล้ว
● การขยับบอดี้ที่เสร็จแล้ว ✦ ในแต่ละขั้นตอนผู้ว่าจ้างจะได้รับไฟล์วีดิโอสำหรับเช็คงาน
● กรณีทางผู้ว่าจ้างโอนเต็มจำนวนของราคางาน
จะส่งไฟล์โมเดลให้เช็คแทนการส่งไฟล์วีดิโอค่ะ ✦ เมื่องานเสร็จสิ้นให้ทางผู้ว่าจ้างโอนชำระส่วนที่เหลือเพื่อส่งไฟล์งาน ✦ หากพบ bug texture หรือ สิ่งของทะลุ หลังจากได้รับไฟล์งาน
สามารถนำมาให้แก้ไขได้โดยไม่เสียค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติมค่ะ ✦ กรณีจบงานไปแล้วและอยากแก้ไขไฟล์งานที่เสร็จสมบูรณ์
จะมีการคิดราคาค่าแก้ไขผลงานเพิ่มเติม ✦ หรือหากต้องการไฟล์CMO3( ไฟล์แก้ไขงาน,ไฟล์ต้นฉบับ )
เพื่อนำไปให้Riggerท่านอื่นแก้ไขหรือนำไปแก้ไขเองจะคิดราคา *2 ของราคางาน

การแยกส่วนของนักวาดมีผลต่อการ Rig
การริกจะเป็นไปตามสไตล์ของผู้ริก ผู้ว่าจ้างสามารถแปะเรฟที่ต้องการได้แต่งานอาจจะไม่เหมือนเรฟ100% เนื่องจากเทคนิคริกของริกเกอร์แต่ละคนมีเทคนิคไม่เหมือนกันค่ะ
กรณีผู้ว่าจ้างต้องการให้ริกตามสไตล์ของริกเกอร์ท่านอื่น อาจจะไม่รับงานค่ะ ขออภัยด้วยค่ะ
ชิ้นงานยิ่งซับซ้อน ระยะเวลางานจะนานตามรายละเอียดชิ้นงาน
ราคาที่ระบุไว้เป็นเพียงราคาเริ่มต้น ราคาจะสูงขึ้นตามความซับซ้อนของงาน
ราคาอาจจะมีการปรับให้สูงมากขึ้นในอนาคต 🙏
